What a Job Pack is
For any job, from Workstream or won somewhere else, you enter the job name, client, site, scope, dates, crew, work activities, plant, hazards and the site and client requirements. Workstream assembles a draft: a site safety plan, hazard and risk register, pre-start, toolbox talk, worker sign-on and the permits and forms the work calls for.
Every pack has a history. It records who created it, each revision, each worker sign-on and each daily pre-start, and an issued pack is locked until you start a revision.
Job Packs are drafts. Workstream does not invent safety details you have not given it: anything missing is marked incomplete and the pack cannot be issued until it is filled in. You review and confirm every pack before it is issued. Packs are not automatically compliant, legally approved or professionally certified.
